Unauthorized debit orde

These people deduct R298.00 off my account without ANY services given or products supplied! they could not even help me with a loan!
I did contact them via Email and so far nothing!!
The only service I was given was to send out my application to a bunch of people who in return ALSO credited my account with NO SERVICES given! Do you really think that sending out an email to a few companies is worth R298???
And if I am not mistaken the lady I spoke to said that this money will only be credited once I am helped - WHICH I WAS NOT!
What happens if you pay R298.00 and get nothing??? Isn't that???

I want my money back!
