Another company taking my money

The 29 June 2013 this company net cash that is all it say on my bank statement do a debit order from my bank account, no one helped me with a loan so why you deducting my money? I'm trying to make a living here for my kids and you just come along and take it. I want see that money back in my account as soon as possible this disgust me...
