Huge problem with Client Service

Maybe I would get a response here, because Client Services haven't given me an answer on my problem and we nearing months.
I am happy with the product, and never had an issue, but Feedback from anyone is a huge concern for me.
I sent an email on 28th May about my Membership Card being as I was in a! On 29th May I was told a new card was on its way by Elana and I would have to pay for it. That's fine.
20th June I emailed both Elana and Client Services, still with no response.
Today 1st July I have sent another email to Elana and Client Services.
Let me know if I get a response today or I must take this to Sanlam CEO of Medical Schemes...
