WRONGFULLY BLACK LISTED BY BANK

On the 16 April 2013 I faxed all required documents for the Pension Back Lending Home Loan Application. I then made a follow up on the 30 April 2013 whereby I was told that they are still processing the application. I then waited until 16 May 2013 to make a follow up and that is when I was told my application was declined because I'm listed on the Credit Bureau as in debt review.

I was shocked by these news because I did made cancellation for debt review before it was even processed. After I heard this I needed to confirm what I was told. I then took an initiative to check and confirm my credit record status with both Credit Bureau companies (TransUnion and Experian). Both companies credit report on me doesn't show anything about debt review, I have copies of both credit reports, if you need them for your perusal.

Please kindly check this because this will tarnish my image and my future credit record.

I need this loan to improve my home as my daughters are getting older.
