Sanlam takes money from bank account

I was phoned by a consultant about the Reality Club and agreed to join. I was told that membership card and email detailing the benefits would be sent to me. Nothing arrived. At the beginning of March I emailed that I was cancelling the membership as nothing was done for me. I was told that I was not registered and was not a member. Yet the amount of R109 was taken out of my account at end Feb, end March and then despite more emails confirming that I was not a member and that it would be sorted out, another payment was taken at end of April. A refund has not been forthcoming and I am thinking of laying a charge of against Sanlam

My emails requesting a refund have been ignored and not one word has been heard from this company. They do not have client services - rather client dis-service would be more accurate.
