Fnb Needs to stop lying to their customers

Last week i wrote complaining about FNB where by my loan was paid up but they debited my account yet again. I was then called by two different people telling me that this would be sorted and rectified. On Thursday a lady from FNB called me adviing that this would be sorted out and that the money would be returned to my account on Friday morning. Today is Monday and my account has not been credited. Why must I pay for FNB's incomptence? Why must i know be the one to call and speak to the call centre about this and then only to be told that i am wrong and that i must be patient!!! I did not make this mistake it was the employees at FNB now a week later i must be out of pocket cos of FNB.
And why do staff from FNB call only to that things would be sorted out when clearly they dont care!!
