I manually paid my Wonga loan on 24/05/2013 although the debit order was only due to go off on 25/05/2013.The payment did not reflect and my status was not updated as expected. I called numerous times from Monday and not a single consultant was helpful. I eventually spoke to Yola who assisted me and my status was updated accordingly. I then took out another small loan which was paid into my account but then Wonga debited the same loan they gave me from my account. Again I had to call the call centre numerous times with no results. I have been dealing with an agent called Keanan who I have had to call for feedback over and over. He promised me yesterday that I would not need to call again as this would be sorted by 15:00 yesterday and the money would be in my account.15:30 came and nothing. I then had to call him again and he told me that the refund was done and that he would send me proof of that. I have yet to receive this proof. He then also told me that the maximum time for the money to reflect in my account is 24 hours. This debacle has been going on for a full week now and my money has still not been put back into my bank account! Where is the excellent service you speak of Wonga???
