Broken Camera/ in sufficient Security

I am complaining about the bad Security at the ATM's after hours, in the past week there has been several robberies/ of card at the ATM, what is more scary is that with the recent card that the Camera in the ATM area (only one?) is broken, and has been broken for several months already, what is even more scary is the Manager assisting the recent victim, did not even know that there was a camera in the ATM area.???!!
The recent victim, Ms Christine Bishop, a resident Alamein Road in Milnerton, lost R 3000.00.
Standard Bank is not offering much in the line of security for their clients, and to lose R 3000 because of poor security?? Only one camera to monitor the area, and it does not work/ broken?? I have lowered my card limit, but will not like to draw after hours at Standard Bank, Milnerton ATM..
Better Camera coverage is required and clients should be refunded for this poor service.
