How can they debit without my permssion

I am very upset that the fact some netcash has been taking out money from my bank for 3 months now. I wasn't informed that they will be taking out money; I just picked it up last week what they have been doing. I am off, I want a refund on all the money they have been taking out of my account, if they informed me it wouldn't have been a problem, but with them going into my bank account without my permission who gives them the dam right to do that and where the did they get my banking details. I want my money back. They need to be charged for just going into my account without my permission. What the do they think? They should be put in the papers for this. They have been taking out R99 from my account since january.
