Blacklisted for unknown reasons

Dear Helo Peter, I applied for financing a vehicle at Vaal ridge BMW in Vereeniging just to discover that I was blacklisted by FNB Housing for an outstanding debt of R7000 on my house bond. The bond was fully paid up 5 years back - the bond was paid 10 years in advance.
I contacted the call centre and got the usual run-a-round by transferring me to different persons and numbers to contact (0860334484, 0877301100, 0877301144, 0877301155 and 0877366000) this kept on for about 2hours without any success. FNB is welcome to verify with their security recordings.
If any amount was outstanding I challenge FNB Management to deliver me with proof that they tried to contact me via mail, phone calls or SMS's and that goes for their attorneys if any was involved.
My contact details are still the same as 18 years ago.
If FNB cannot proof that I was duly informed of the outstanding debt and the correct procedures was followed before my credibility was jeopardised. I expect FNB to restore my credibility and supply me with a letter of apology given an explanation why my credibility was affected by FNB's actions.
This is a very embarrassing matter please action urgently.
