ON SATURDAY THE 29TH OF JUNE 2013, I WITHDREW US$200 AT A BARCLAYS ATM VIA VISA, I GOT THE $200 BUT THE $200 CAME OFF MY BANK STATEMENT TWICE .I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE ON MONDAY THE 1ST OF JULY THREE TWICE AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO A VBRANCH.I WENT TO HYDE PARK BRANCH WHERE A MIKE MKWANANZI ATTENDED TO ME BUT WAS OF NO HELP AT ALL.HE SAID "THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY JUST REFER PEOPLE TO THE BRANCH". AT FIRST THIS GUY SAID I MUST GO BACK TO BARCLAYS BANK WHICH I EXPLAINED I COULDNT TRAVEL ALL THEY WAY TO ZIM FOR THIS AND THEN HE REFERS ME TO THE BRANCH WHERE I OPENED MY ACCOUNT!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING SO MANY BRANCHES IF THEY ARE ALL USELESS.I NEED HELP, I NEED MY MONEY BACK
