Irritating calls for incorrect overdue account

I initially called to change my debit date from the 20th to the 25th which could not be done because i was late. The debit order of R667 was unsuccesful which i take full responsiblity however i made arragement for then to take the funds on the 25th of June. The debited R1119.00 instead. I called and they promised to refund me the balance. Two days later i received an sms saying i owe them R667. I called and the lady apologised and said i must ignore the sms. Yesterday I received a call from Bulelwa saying i still owe the R667. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the manager. She promised, Still waiting for the call. Today i received another call from Zulsa saying I owe them. Asked to speak to the manager she promised me that Julian the supervisor to call me. And she refused to give me the manager's name. Apparently only the supervisor is the only one allowed to give me the manger's name
