Battle to change debit order date

I have a personal loan with Absa which I topped up in November 2013. With that the debit order date changed from the 1st of the month to the 25th. I have now called 5 times and every time I ask them to change it as I do not receive my salary on the 25th. I phoned yesterday AGAIN to ask for a refund as the debit order went of on the 25th of January 2014 as well as on the 1st of February. AGAIN I was promised something that does not happen. A refund was promised this afternoon. Guess what NO REFUND!!! I HAVE NOT BUDGETED FOR THIS extra payment.
