ABSA CASHSEND: UNRELIABLE & ROTTEN SERVICE!!!

I have had several incidents where ABSA Cashsend service has failed to work. As annoying as this has been, issue is not so much this, but the TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE IN ADDRESSING the problems. I have reported the problems to [Email Removed] and received an automated response as follows:

Needless to say, I have never heard again from them, and my query was never addressed.
