I was called and offered an opportunity to be quoted for car, household & building insurance and informed that if the new quote was more than what I'm currently paying; I'd be given a R1000.00 guaranteed but that never happened. I called again and was informed that a consultant would call me back but none of that ever happened. I guess their promise was not genuine because the moment they knew their quote was higher than what I'm currently paying they vanished in thin air. Their service is therefore not a good one & I don't think I can ever refer anyone I know to this company.
