Credit Card processed without my concern

To whom it may concern

on the 26/06/2013 I received a call from a Lady offering me a RCS Credit Card, I told the lady that I dont want the card at the end of the call but she processed the application without my concern.

I have just received a message from customer care department congradulating me for the Card which I didnt approve off.

I want the card to be cancelled and be removed from ITC Profile.

I AM GOING TO SUE RCS FOR THIS BECAUSE THEY AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORING.

I WANT A RESPONSE ASAP
