Lack of Service

Hi. I had an accident on the 28th February and while the immediate service was excellent from First for Woman the subsequent service about dealing with the inefficiencies of their service provider TC AUTOBODY has been appalling. The consultant kept changing and no one assisted with follow through and communication. I left messages and rated the the service badly and no one assisted. My vehicle is still unfinished and TC AUTOBODY is dealing with thousand of insurance vehicles and their organisation should be struck off! I tried to lay a complaint again at First for woman this morning and asked the consultant Kim to call me back as I have wasted enormous time, energy and resources on this issue and I am still waiting!!!
