We struggled to transfer money into my daughter's acc.linked to my acc.only to find it had been closed without any notification to me. I was told there had been no activity on the account for 3 mths and yet a new card was last issued 30 April 2013.I was very upset at this especially since my daughter had to fly from KZN alone with an inactive card. But what upset me the most was Thandeka Ngcobo who knew nothing, kept moving from her desk to get information worse of all told me how not to speak to her and gave me side looks, rolling her eyes and every bad attitude facial expression you can think of. I eventually told her that we were not there to be friends with her but to be helped and yes if there was a mistake she was the face of the bank to take the anger ffrom customers or needed to then go to the back and not work with customers. But a good twist to that thank for Julia Nkadimeng who did everything to calm me down and gave me options on how my daughter could be sorted without the card or receive a new card without me. I'm also upset with FNB processes where they can send me stupid sms's throughout the month and yet can't notify me when they are planning to close my acc.
