After 4 years threatening legal action @ workplace

After four years of countless calls to call centre people still get these threats. Very unprofessional from a bank to use these scare tactics when they are in the wrong. | have all the legal docs but this mean s nothing to a bank that promise excellent customer service in the media. What will it take to get this sorted out???

then they say they are going to come to the place of employment with legal action extremely unprofessional to say the least.

Why must the banks have the power to do what ever they want with the small man on the street.

This is criminal act in my eyes after four years of explaining with proof still want to come to place of employment with legal action
