Sent E-Mail to Action Line regarding extremely very poor service from Customer Service at Beaufort West Branch on Wednesday 19 June 2013, received ticket no {#ID:6F07CE64-908E-1568-BF9C-CE0A028C0000#} and till to date no answer to my complain. Unbelievable how Absa has gone backwards regarding Customer Service and not willing to assist the Client. Instead of assistance, you get told to bring your ID Book and you can then close your account... this feedback/service after being a client for more than 30 years (unbelievable). Please can some one assist me with the E-Mail address of Mario Ramos so that I can warn her that at Beaufort West Branch the Customer Service Department is trying to close the Bank down

As I said in the beginning, not even a response to an E-Mail from Action Line at Absa Bank.

Public, be warned that this is the type of service it seems that you can expect from Absa.

Busy looking for alternatives that might be happy to welcome me as a client and treat me also as one.
