Why am i still banking with this bank?

about a year ago we bought our home through standard bank, and I had to complain on Hello peter to get assistance now we are applying for a further bond so that we can pay more money to this same bank, and we are getting the run around,
bank is claiming to have sent a valuer to the house which they never did, now they want us to pay an independent valuer, which costs -2500.
I am going to table all my bad experiences and e-mail them directly to the CEO as this becoming ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
