NO PAYOUT FROM STANDARD BOND COVER AFTER DEATH

This is the second time I am reporting this as so far Standard Bank have not come back to me and have ignored me totally:-

My Daughter was killed in a botched hi-jacking where she was forcefully pushed off the road which lead to her death. Over four months later Standard Bank bond cover insurance has still not paid out and I have taken an extract directly off The Standard Bank Website and I quote

"LIFE ASSURANCE:

Standard Bank has arranged a life assurance policy to ensure that your home loan would be repaid should you die. This policy will settle the outstanding balance on your home loans account immediately."

If Standard bank says "immediately" why is this carrying on now for 4 months. We have given then the Autopsy report, we have given them the results of teh hugely expensive private investigation that we commissioned to try find out who the hi-jackers were and still Standard Bank are stalling.
