Paid R5000 more than expected but want more

I was handed over to Norman Bisset attorneys a few years back for an amount of - R14200 on a discovery credit card. I then made arrangements to pay them and this happend on a monthly basis for the past few years. I have now paid back more than -R18500. They are still phoning me as they say that my outstanding balance is still - R5500. Is this a joke. I told Norman & Bisset not to call me until this is resolved, however they call me daily. I expect this account to be closed as I have paid more than 33% interest already. Please sort this out FNB. You are such a great bank. Please sort out the departments that is contracted to do work for you.
