First For Women Insurance
After 6 months my bumper still not properly fixed!

I had a accident in January and my bumper needed replacement. They replaced my bumper with a pirated part which i didn't have a problem with. But unfortunately the bumper didn't properly fit on my car and i asked First for Woman to get a Nissan part as i an entitled that my car gets fixed the way it was before the accident. After a long back and forth with the assessor, First for woman agreed to fit a Nissan bumper. I sent them the invoice and the assessor said he is waiting for his manager to approve the invoice. That was to be exact 23/05/2013. Since then i haven't heard anything back from the assessor or First for Woman. I wrote numerous emails, but no reply. I am so angry and so disappointed that they would just not respond. Is that the type of service that we deserve after paying a lot of money for it. I don't think so. First for Woman is a service for woman only, but i think they let me, as a woman, down.
