After phoning on Thursday (17th) I was told that you had already paid Kalahari for my order, I then phoned Kalahari on Friday (18th) and they told me that they had received proof of payment and the the order was being forwarded to the admin department and my order would be on its way shortly.

I phoned this morning after seeing that the order was still not marked as paid and again they told me it needed to be forwarded to the admin department. I phoned again as no one got back to me and they now tell me that my application with you was marked as failed. What is going on? Could I please get some clarification?
