I received an email from Outsurance that my premiums were going up on the 1 July. I was not happy as I had not claimed and didnt adjust my car value for this year. So I called them and was put through to Alishia. She was very friendly and listened to my concerns. She reviewed the policy and ended up reducing the premium by R100 but still maintaining my current benefits. Guess thats why I continue to stay at Outsurance after 4 years.
