Thanks Ntombi from Outsurance, fantastic service!

I was wanting to cancel and move to another insurance company because of the significant increase in my premiums. When I called Ntombi, not only did she arrange for a more reasonable premium without losing any benefits, but she made me realise that I would not be changing an insurer, but losing a family.

I have been with outsurance for 8 years. and have always received excellent service. Staff are always friendly and caring, and more than willing to assist.
