Lack of interest in resolving Issue

First there was a issue when they did not recieved my documents when they were sent to them with them admitting it was a issue on there side. Then once i confirmed that they had recieved the documents they told me that it would be paid on the 27th June. I then phoned the on the 24th July to confirm that all was in order for the payment. This is when i found out that they had tried to get it payment done on the 20th Junebut there was some issue with my tax Directive. To my surprise nothing had been done about this on by the 24th when i phoned. The Call centre agent named Alroy told me that he would ask them to act on this but assured me that they were still on track for payment on the 27th. He also gave me a number for a lady named Karin Validen as she was the lady that could sort it out. I gave it a day and called on the 35th of June to be told that they had to get confirmation that the cancellation had been done buy sars in order for them to re-apply for the tax directive. When i asked her when the expected date of payment would be made she showed absolutley no interest in getting this issue resolved.my documents were submitted 10 weeks ago and the lack luster attitude is unacceptable
