Given a run around

I went to the branch on the 6th June requesting them to stamp a form from court for the application of rescission of judgement. they said I need to call their collection department for this and I did they said I must draft a letter requesting this and give it to the branch manager to send it and I did, they said she will call me within 10 days she never did. I went there on Friday 21 June. I waited more than 1 hour for her cos she was on the phone and one lady told me that I can leave she'll give her the massage to call and again she never called. I went there again Yesterday (Monday) she was on the phone again just asked the lady to tell her Im still waiting for the call and around for a consultant that did nott know anything about this called to tell me that I need to go to court and get the form and i told him. but the reason I was there the first place was them to stamp the same form they want me to go court for. I asked to speak to the manager, he said she cant speak to me and offerd me a collections departments number that I call them again. JUST WISH CAPITEC CAN GIVE A CONSENT LETTER OR STAMP THE FORM. (REALLY ANGRY)
