I took my phone in for a damage claim for the store to submit to the insurance, I then requested for a slip or any written confirmation just to show as proof of claim, the consultant told me that they don't issue those, then I asked what would happen if they lose my phone or take take long to fix it, the agent told me that had never happened, laughed and said "i'ts not like my phone is worth a million" that i would have to be so difficult about it. but i then further explained to the agent that I didn't buy my phone from their shop but at Carnival so it wouldn't be easy for me to prove, she then told me to rather go back to Carnival Mall laughing at me and called her manager who also told me that they don't issue proofs of claim, i then asked her to at least give me the claim form I filled with their stamp on it, She told me that "she's not allowed to just stamp on "ANY PAPER" that doesn't require a stamp. I stood there for at least an hour just to get a proof of claim and the agent even told me that i was trying to teach them how to do their job, the manager then finally got that form to be stamped and just put it on the counter and left without an apology. I am so shocked!!
