Useless non caring service from nedgroup investmen

Have been trying to access my online profile for over an hour. No resonse, just hangs but MOST ANNOYING is that there is no ERROR MESSAGE to say site is down. After long wait for help at call centre was told.."Oh yes we know, its been down for quite a while now.."... How much IQ does it take to realise that customers will be trying to log in and that an error message should be displayed on the log in screen to prevent people wasting their time? Furthermore. Why not a voice message on the call centre number to prevent those affected having to hold on one at a time..to be told its down? Typical however of the dont care shoddy arrogant attitude pervasive at any and all levels I deal with a Nedbank. Please Nedbank, may I have a job... I NEED THE SLEEP
