Still waiting for someone to call me

I had an accident with my bakkie on saterday 22/06/2013 i called in and i was put threw to the cape town office. that was about 09:00 in the morning they said that they can't help me they will forward it to pta office and someone will call me back before 13:00 it is 3 day later and no one has called me back yet! If this is the service i get from my insurance after i pay R2500 premium a month then i rather go to someone else that will help me faster!!!
