Is this not illegal? Ombudsman here I come

Got my new Nedbank/MFC account this morning. 1: Why R 7 702.23 finance charges for the migration, was not my decision? 2. Why migration arrears of R 3 582.42 when I did pay end of May to MFC? 3. Why a FINAL installment on 26/11/2013 when there is NO baloon payment showing on account? Also, my client details show an address I had 16 Years ago in Richardsbay - MFC has all my lastest details and had so for the past 6 years??? This Account is statement nr 60, equalling to more than R 192 000 paid already and where the principal debt was R 274 860 and I STILL OWE a balance of R 169 630??
