Migration to Nedbank not our problem

I have just receive my statement and my transaction history showing Migrtation to Nedbank on my account balance was showing R56000 on the 18th May and they added about R10000 Finance charges i need to know why is that because customer has got nothing to do with the migration and why showing as Finance charges as we pay that at the beginning of the contract. I have requested that someone call me to explain because i spoke to a call centre consultant and i am not satisfied with the explanation, it doesn't make sense explain please!
