FNB have still not contacted me re my complaint

Despite assurances that my complaint was escalated to the Core Banking Division, I still have not heard from FNB 12 days later, once again confirming for me that their service is shocking and that they don't care enough to apologise for mistakes and/or very bad service.

Totally unimpressed and would not recommend the FNB online switching process to anyone
