Applied for the flexiloan on 06 March and I was told it would take 7 - 10 days to approve approve on the system. After two Hello Peter complaints I was call by someone who gave me her incorrect contact details and name on 2 April and I was told that the flexiloan would be approved that day but today is 15 April and it is still not done. I lodged a complaint on 8 April and the response is that the homeload division would contact me. Have they? No. A month and a half after they had told me I qualify and that it would take 7 - 10 days it is not sorted! What shocking service! About the contact details clearly the fact that they have not even called me to explain shows that FNB clearly feel that laying to their customers is acceptable! So what is going to happen with this complaint? I will get a response saying that it is escalated to the homeloan division, if some calls and tells you it will be approved on the system today, it will not be done and if you ask for their name and contact details they will give incorrect details! HOW SHOCKING IS THAT?
