Bad Service & Balance Reap-off "Day light "

I received a call in march Corma Du Toit, she informed me that i owe R3000 on my discovery medical aid. We made arrangements that i was to pay the R3000 in R1000 installments, I made payments on 25/03, 26/05, 03/06 all of a R1000ea. As far as i was concerned i was done with payments. Yesterday 23/06 i recieved an sms saying remember to pay R389.38, which i do not know about because as far as im concerned i have paid what i owe discovery as per communication with Corma. Today 24/06 i recieved a call from Sibongile saying i am owing R850 i should make payment or else they will add interest. I argued out that i had made payment as per agreement with Corma and asked were this extra money is coming from. She said its their administration fees. This is totally unacceptable, there was never any communication nor statement ever sent saying i had to pay extra above what i owed discovery. Now that i have finished paying ITCBA comes out and says pay this amount or else we will list you. That is day light, i challenge you to prove that there was communication that i will pay over and above what i owe. Sibongile had the discency to say whether i like it or not I have to pay and hang up.
