DEDUCTED MONEY UNECESSARY

I bought a vehicle with nedbank in april and the agreement was the first instalment will be on June month. and i got paid june, they deducted four times on diffrent occasions and diffrent amounts i tried calling the bank i have been transferred back and forth i found that unacceptable they could not even see my statement yet i bank with them iam so disappointed in their poor service

i have been banking with them for more than 10years and this is the quality of services i get after this long all i want is what is mine and it seems like all iam getting is false promises and the run arounds yet it is their error, and i have other debit orders that still needs to go of like my life insurance and now i will have to pay the bouncing fees for the bank and not be covered just because of a bank i trusted and reffered to friends iam disappointed in NEDBANK
