I lost my card and was given a new one, exactly the day after getting the card I was unable to make withdrawals, the error message I kept getting was" THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE REQUESTED EXCEEDS YOUR AVAILABLE FUNDS". I had more than enough funds in my account. I went to a branch in the Johannesburg CBD to make enquiries, I was told that my account did not have any limits and that a new limit would be set. I tried making a withdrawal immediately it still did not work, I was told to make a withdrawal from the tellers which I did. On the 16th of June I was Westage Mall doing some shopping, I tried making a withdrawal with no luck, I kept getting the same error message over and over again, I tried other ATMs from other financial institutions and I kept receiving a slip saying I had insufficient funds, I had to put petrol in my car and could not, I ended up making calls to get someone to help me out, the following day I called the call centre I was told that there was nothing wrong with my card. Now yesterday I had the same problem of being unable to withdraw and having to ask people to come fetch me, I was again stranded! two weeks of horrible experience! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
