Good day

On the 32st of May 2013, at about 14:30 I called the Nedbank collections department. I was assisted by a lady who spoke in a very unprofessional manner, however we couldn't conclude our conversation for resoans that are unknown to me, the call was terminated. I called again at 15:00 and my call reached the collections agent at aprox 15 :05, he introduced himself and I did the same. After I gave him my ID numbers he told me I must hold on the line. When he resumed with the call, at 15; 15, I asked him why I had been put on hold. He responded by saying that he was busy with another client. I then asked why was my call transfered to him if he was busy. I reminded him that I was using my airtime and had been on hold for 15mimutes and that I had called prior to that. I asked him for his name again to note down. He responded by saying no names are needed and that I can make the necessary refrrence as beinh collections department. I informed him that I shall make a complaint of this insident and he just Hung up. I couldn't do the necessary update and they are the same guys that hound you like a stinking rat when you owe, for example, a meer 100 Rands. Shocked for days
