Loan instalment processed 3 times in one month

I am hugely disappointed with Nedbank as for the third time this month my account has been debited with my loan instalment. Despite having gone in to the branch earlier this month and recitifed the situation I was shocked to have my account deducted again for no real reason and without my consent. This is quite disheartening as my credit profile could have been adversely affected and there seems to be no real concern with such mistakes. I have been trying to maintain and keep my credit profile clean as I have some big purchases I intend on making but such incidents do not help and an apparent lack of concern for the consquences of such action is quite appalling
