Miway Refused to pay my claim due to dishonesty, because I couldn't produce proof of ownership for a watch that I owned. It was a gift from a friend. They Cancelled my entire policy that has been running for 5 years, never claimed, and never missed an installment.
A week after the, I was involved in a bumper bashing. They refused to pay this claim either. they back dated the cancellation to the date of the, therefor not paying for the repair on my vehicle.
I am appalled at the service and the lack of customer care that they have portrayed.
