As much as I would like to write my entire story on here I am limited to number of characters I can use.

Almost two months ago while driving my car caught fire leaving a lot of damage. The claim was filed with Santam on the 21st of May. They did collect the car and moved it for assessment after they already received a quote on how much the repairs will be.

No one could ever give us a single call to let us know what is happening and why for three weeks nothing had been done to the car. Our "claims manager" did not care in the least, making us call everyone trying to find answers. Every time we called him he was full of excuses blaming someone else, never calling back after pleading with him, I dont exactly understand his job title as he managers NOTHING.

Fortunately our policy allows for car rental, but SANTAM has stopped this twice before and has now finally stopped it completely, car still not fixed even though it is because of them I have been without a car for 5 weeks. The complete disregard towards us being "Platinum members", still to see the service expected.

I probably will just receive another generic reply saying I will be contacted, but Ive come to expect nothin
