Wating 4 weeks for a simple cell phone delivery

I was phoned from FNB cellular sales in regards with a contract - I was told that in 48 hours to 7 days I will receive the phone (this was more than 3 weeks ago) and now i still have not received anything from them and when Phone all they give me is stories. I phoned specifically today contentiously to get feedback I was informed that i will receive a call from a manager at 15:00 he did not phone me when I phone in i was informed that he is no longer there, he just left without phoning me and giving me feedback. I just feel that this is unacceptable service seeing that I will probably have to pay for this on Monday without even having the phone. I would like to recommend that when anyone gets contacted by FNB cellular sales that you be very careful before you also fall victim to their service or lacking there of is a better way to say it!! evening after telling them that im going to give in a complaint they still did nothing. What utter horrible service!!!
