TOO LAZY TO ENSURE THEY ADHERE TO NCR GUIDELINES

I had an account with Blue Financial Services that was handed to to JM Attorney's. Please also take note, this account was handed over whilst i was under debt review. The amount handed over to JM Attorney's included interest billed upfront for the duration of the loan. Despite this, JM have continued to bill me INSANE amounts on interest. In essense, charging me interest on interest AND charging me interest IN EXCESS of the capital amount owed at the time the account had falled into arrears. Very clearly, this is against the in duplum rule. I have tried in vain for MONTHS to get this resolved. In September, they passed a credit for in duplum charges and not long after a debit for another amount. Where is the accounting sense in that? I have sent emails, that are never responded to even though i KNOW they have been delivered because i have delivery reports at hand. It is very obvious that JM expect clients to turn a blind eye to their wrong doings. I called in this morning, insisting i speak to someone senior and then here comes Rehana Karrim. GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!! There is obviously also a DESPERATE need for training of staff at JM. She has NO listening skills what so ever.
