Incessent incorrect calls from call cente

I've been getting a number of calls and SMS's daily from CCD looking for a different person each time to deliver an FNB card to. After speaking with the call centre supervisor, they assured me that my details will be removed from the incorrect records, but I'm still getting the calls. Every time I ask to speak with the supervisor again I'm either cut off, or I leave a message and I'm not contacted again.
This is getting ridiculous. Surely they have people who can look into this especially seeing as I am not the only person this is happening to! If not, FNB should move their business elsewhere!
As a minimum they can make more of an effort to get in contact with me when they have 2 or 3 messages piling up (if the call centre agents are even sending the messages!)
