Shocking service / Stay away from Alltech Autopage

After my previous comment lodged on Sunday 06 Jan 2013, Alltech has failed to make any progress in converting my number to pay as you go on Cell C.

I have been offline since 28 Dec 2012 and 14 days later I still make daily calls to Autopage (on work's phone) with no progress at all.

I've had friendly and helpfull call operators make daily mesages to IT/ technicians to convert the number, but they seem to ignore all of the messages and is always to busy (no matter when or what time of day you try to get hold of them) to answer you back.

The Supervisor, Samantha Naidoo, has promised that my number would be ported on Thursday by 20h00. Nothing happened.

I was assured that they still have my number, but today I am now told that my number is taken back by Vodacom (unused numbers go back to their original providers). Now there is a possibility that I might not get my number back ever, and oh yes, Alltechs favourate saying 'it will take 72 working hours to correct'.

My reference number is : 22 16 95 and phone :083 288 3908 (to get hold of me.)

Please don't respond with your one comment you give everyone and that you are looking into the matter.
Rather fix the problem!!
