FALSE PROMISES TO CLIENTS & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS IS TO EXPRESS MY DEEPEST DISSATISFACTION WITH WIERDA VALLEY DISCOVERY BRANCH. I have a car insurance contract with them, i was in an accident a month ago, i logged my claim via my consultant with a consultant named Palesa Mapontso Mashilwane. I have a 31 day car hire option on my cover. When i logged the claim i informed Palesa that my vehicle is drivable but not roadworthy and i was stopped by metro cops and threatened to empound my vehicle. She said that she would arrange a hired car. She contacted me informing me that DISCOVERY'S panelbeater has informed her that my car parts will only be avail in a month. I asked her to explain to me what would happen should my car not be ready in 31 days.. She said i shouldnt worry as DISCOVERY would take full responsibility & extend car hire should it be the panelbeater's delay, DISCOVERY will ensure that the panelbeater extends the hired car option until my car is fixed. I'm now faced with a DILEMMA as the hired car is due on 31 days and DISCOVERY WONT ASSIST ME says ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THEY TO ME AND gave me FALSE PROMISES. WANT MY CONTRCT 2 END IMMEDIATLY & WANT TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD BOUT HOW DISCOVERY RIPS CLIENTS OFF!!
