Unusually bad service from Discovery Insure

I was involved in a car accident on 6 July and today is the 6th of August, and my claim is far from being finalized.

I have had to constantly call and follow up and I was met with the consultant who absolutely tested my patience and was sarcastic. They were quick to tell me that my agreement for car hire was only for 30 days and they will only extend the claim for the number of days the claim was delayed with only. So much for customer service. I now need to be inconvenienced for the slow and bad service I received.

This is sad as I have always been a loyal Discovery ambasssador, but this is leaving a bad taste in my month.
