Unauthorised debit orders

Nedbank keeps running random debit orders on my account when i call to inquire they tell me they will reverse it but none of that happens its frastruating cause am working on a budget and those call centre agents are so rude and they sound like they sleeping or not intrested when you speaking to them am not sure if they know what they doing or they just dont care about their job!!! nedbank needs to really look into this cause am not the only one complaining of this service
